Construction: On a fast track
Our company began in 1971 as a residential
home builder and remodeler. As a result of building and remodeling
several doctors' homes, we were invited to build and remodel their
businesses. By 1978, we were doing commercial building and remodeling
full-time.
Over the years, Corbett
Construction Co., Inc. has evolved into a fast- track
commercial remodeling machine. This is due, primarily, to
remodeling a variety of businesses that needed to stay in
operation during remodeling.
In order to complete
these projects quickly and keep the client open for
business, we had to develop unique phasing methods for
each project and keep constant communication links with
the owner, architect, engineer and subcontractors. We
also needed to supply quick solutions to unexpected
problems.
By satisfying our customer's demands
for top quality workmanship, problem solving abilities, and meticulous
scheduling, coupled with a "can do" attitude for their specific
needs, Corbett Construction now enjoys a reputation as one of the
best remodeling contractors in the Louisville area.
Many of our projects are negotiated
or we serve as Construction Managers; in addition, we offer value
engineering to our customers which saves time and money, resulting
in on-time or early occupancy.
Our projects range from
$1,000.00 to $6,000,000.00 and we are extremely
competitive on our pricing. We usually have 16 - 25
projects under construction year-round. We currently work
in Louisville, Southern Indiana, Elizabethtown and
Frankfort.
